I have lived many versions of myself, all mostly not authentic and all mostly filled with chaos. I spent years pursuing a dream I couldn't define only to realise I had no idea if I was going forward or backward. Life pirouetted gracefully out of control, and I chased it in an attempt to define myself. The chase led to more chaos, stress and anxiety. Rinse, repeat and enter Europe stage right.
We moved our family to Switzerland and began to understand that life can be balanced. We carefully observed and realised we had been out of balance for such a long time. Chaos and stress had governed our daily routines leading to burnout, anxiety and exhaustion even within our children. We were all four weary and fully depleted. We decided to take back our wellness, and soon barriers began to dissolve and our lives returned to a healthy balance.
Armed with an MBA in Supply Chain Management, a mind stuck in all things efficient mode, and a deep passion for helping others, my wish is your life, too, returns to your happy place and my company exceeds any expectations you may have.
